Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (unless using salted butter, then do not add as the sauce will be too salty)

Instructions:

  1. Mince the 4 cloves of garlic if you haven’t already
  2. Add the salt (1/4 tsp) to the garlic and mix/crush together until no large chunks remain
  3. Heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until melted
  4. Add the minced garlic mix and cook stirring gently for 1 to 2 minutes being careful the garlic doesn’t burn
  5. Remove from heat and stir in parsley immediately
  6. Strain with a fine strainer into a heat resistant bowl for a pure sauce. This will keep the minced garlic chunks from getting onto your food.
  7. Enjoy!
