
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 fresh garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- 1/4 tsp salt (unless using salted butter, then do not add as the sauce will be too salty)
Instructions:
- Mince the 4 cloves of garlic if you haven’t already
- Add the salt (1/4 tsp) to the garlic and mix/crush together until no large chunks remain
- Heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until melted
- Add the minced garlic mix and cook stirring gently for 1 to 2 minutes being careful the garlic doesn’t burn
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley immediately
- Strain with a fine strainer into a heat resistant bowl for a pure sauce. This will keep the minced garlic chunks from getting onto your food.
