How to Cook the perfect egg, your way!

Over easy
- Bring pan to med heat with a small amount of oil
- Crack eggs in
- Cook for 1 minute
- Flip
- Cook 20 more seconds
- Flip again and serve!
Over medium
- Bring pan to med heat with a small amount of oil
- Crack eggs in
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Flip
- Cook 40 more seconds
- Flip again and let sit in pan for 15 seconds and serve!
Over hard
- Bring pan to med heat with a small amout of oil
- Crack eggs in
- Cook for 2 minutes 30 seconds
- Flip
- Cook 1 minute 30 seconds
- Flip again and serve!
Sunny side up
- Bring pan to med/med-low heat (in between) with a small amount of oil
- Crack eggs in
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Tilt pan and with a wooden spoon, baste eggs for 1 minute and serve!
Scrambled eggs
- Mix 3 eggs in a bowl and whisk together
- Bring pan to med-low heat
- Add 4 tbsp unsalted butter in the pan and melt
- Add eggs to melted butter and stir around for 2 minutes
- Add a little 1 tbsp more of butter and stir for 1 more minute
- Serve!
French Omelet
- Put 4 eggs in a bowl and whisk them together
- Add some chives, tarragon, and Parsley and whisk together
- Bring pan to med-low heat
- Add 4 tbsp butter and melt
- Add eggs in and stir for 40 seconds
- Add 1 tbsp butter
- Stir for 20 more seconds
- Scrape sides and Cook for 30 more seconds
- Fold over eggs (fold half on top of the other half)
- Serve with butter!
Sunny side up hybrid
- Add a little more oil than usual
- Bring pan to med-high heat
- Drop in eggs
- Let Cook for 30 seconds on med-high
- Drop the heat and baste for 1 minute 45 seconds using wooden spoon
- Serve!
Poached eggs
- Bring a small saucepan with water to a boil
- Crack 2-3 eggs into a cup
- Once the water is boiling, swirl the water creating a tornado like effect and add in the eggs to the middle of the vortex. The eggs will wrap themselves.
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Remove egg with a slotted spoon and dab it on a paper towel to remove excess water
- Serve!
