How to Cook the perfect egg, your way!

Over easy

  1. Bring pan to med heat with a small amount of oil
  2. Crack eggs in
  3. Cook for 1 minute
  4. Flip
  5. Cook 20 more seconds
  6. Flip again and serve!

Over medium

  1. Bring pan to med heat with a small amount of oil
  2. Crack eggs in
  3. Cook for 2 minutes
  4. Flip
  5. Cook 40 more seconds
  6. Flip again and let sit in pan for 15 seconds and serve! 

Over hard

  1. Bring pan to med heat with a small amout of oil
  2. Crack eggs in
  3. Cook for 2 minutes 30 seconds
  4. Flip
  5. Cook 1 minute 30 seconds
  6. Flip again and serve!

Sunny side up

  1. Bring pan to med/med-low heat (in between) with a small amount of oil
  2. Crack eggs in
  3. Cook for 2 minutes
  4. Tilt pan and with a wooden spoon, baste eggs for 1 minute and serve!

Scrambled eggs

  1. Mix 3 eggs in a bowl and whisk together
  2. Bring pan to med-low heat
  3. Add 4 tbsp unsalted butter in the pan and melt
  4. Add eggs to melted butter and stir around for 2 minutes 
  5. Add a little 1 tbsp more of butter and stir for 1 more minute 
  6. Serve!

French Omelet

  1. Put 4 eggs in a bowl and whisk them together
  2. Add some chives, tarragon, and Parsley and whisk together
  3. Bring pan to med-low heat
  4. Add 4 tbsp butter and melt
  5. Add eggs in and stir for 40 seconds
  6. Add 1 tbsp butter 
  7. Stir for 20 more seconds
  8. Scrape sides and Cook for 30 more seconds
  9. Fold over eggs (fold half on top of the other half) 
  10. Serve with butter! 

Sunny side up hybrid

  1. Add a little more oil than usual
  2. Bring pan to med-high heat
  3. Drop in eggs
  4. Let Cook for 30 seconds on med-high
  5. Drop the heat and baste for 1 minute 45 seconds using wooden spoon
  6. Serve!

Poached eggs

  1. Bring a small saucepan with water to a boil
  2. Crack 2-3 eggs into a cup
  3. Once the water is boiling, swirl the water creating a tornado like effect and add in the eggs to the middle of the vortex. The eggs will wrap themselves.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes
  5. Remove egg with a slotted spoon and dab it on a paper towel to remove excess water
  6. Serve!
